Chongqing Woman Wins Final Appeal in Case of Being Removed from 845 Work Groups; Human Resources Bureau Reports Full Payment
On September 1, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Dazu District, Chongqing, reported that in response to the recent labor dispute involving 'Xiao Gu', after verification, the employer had fully paid the amount determined by the judgment on August 27. The case went through labor arbitration, first trial, and second trial. On August 21, the Chongqing First Intermediate People's Court issued a final judgment ordering the company to pay 63,800 yuan. The plaintiff 'Xiao Gu' disputes the overtime pay determination, has applied for retrial, and plans to continue seeking rights regarding social insurance and housing fund.
